Company Rebrand: Led a company-wide comprehensive rebrand of over 500 assets. This initiative encompassed everything from foundational elements like the developing brand guidelines and corporate brochures to critical operational tools, building signage, and product labeling. The goal was to ensure consistent brand application across the organization.

Website Re-Design: Led a foundational global website redesign that successfully consolidated five subsidiary websites under a single, unified brand umbrella. This complex project was delivered while simultaneously integrating localization features and expanding the product catalog to achieve 370% more product listings and 242% more supplies listings.

Centralized Internal Communications Platform: Successfully launched a redesigned, custom SharePoint intranet, serving as the new single source of information for the entire organization. By streamlining content and improving navigation from the ground up, the new platform significantly increased organizational efficiency and ensures a cohesive, reliable channel for all critical internal messaging and announcements.
